2008 Call for Nominations

Nominations for the 2008 Governor’s Awards in Support of the Arts are welcome from across the state on or before July 18, 2008. To nominate a worthy individual, organization, corporation, foundation, or arts administrator, please complete and submit the on-line form. If you prefer, you may also download a printable version of the form (in PDF format) to complete and mail to Wisconsin Foundation for the Arts, P.O. Box 1404, Madison, WI 53701-1404, in time for the deadline.

Supporting documentation such as brochures, photographs, and articles may be mailed to the Foundation, as well.

Representatives from the Wisconsin Foundation for the Arts will select award winners in the following categories:

• Wisconsin individuals who have made exceptional financial or personal contributions to the arts;
• Wisconsin corporations or businesses that have demonstrated exemplary support for the arts;
• Wisconsin community organizations that have created or maintained outstanding projects in the arts; and
• Wisconsin professional arts administrators with twenty-five (25) or more years of distinguished service to the field, fifteen years or more of which have been in Wisconsin.
