Finding a New Path to You
Journaling Workshop, March 6th, 1-4:30 pm

On Saturday March 6th, writer and editor Colleen Kappeler will be running a journaling workshop. For the afternoon women will meet together to work on writing exercises that give new ways to think about the past, present and future. Since it’s only one afternoon, the women will also receive several exercises to take home for continuing their self-discovery through journaling. The cost is only $20 and reservations can be made through Down the Rabbit Hole or by contacting Colleen Kappeler at kenoshawriter@gmail.com

Sound Bath Sunday, Feb. 14th, 2-4pm

This Valentine’s Day experience something healing and loving for yourself or with your loved ones.

Come relax while local artists create a ’sound tapestry’ of soft music using Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes, Native American flutes and a ‘heartbeat’ of hand drums.

Take this opportunity to meditate, read or write; whatever you feel inspired to do in this serene, healing environment.
Bring a good book or a journal, a yoga mat or a meditation shawl & cushion,whatever it takes to be comfortable and relaxed.

The only request during the Sound Bath, is to please refrain from talking.

Stay for 10 minutes or the whole 2 hours.
$5.00 suggested donation
