RG Productions makes its Second Saturday debut . . .

bellaancora.jpg

RG Productions makes its Second Saturday debut on April 11 from 6-8 p.m. at Bella Ancora, 5621 6th Ave. The Kenosha-based Old Time Radio performance group has been “on the road” so far in 2009 and looks forward to this local performance. The group will present a series of 10 minute comedies that center around typical spring topics: baseball, taxes, and love, and features some of the most popular comedy artists ever on radio: Fibber McGee & Molly, Great Gildersleeve, Vick & Sade, the Bickersons, and Burns & Allen. “We’ve set up this show differently than our regular 1 and 1/2 hour performances,” says producer Nita Hunter, “because we know people will want to wander in and out of the shops during the evening and they can stay for as little or as long as they want.” In an added twist, if you always wanted to try your hand at voice acting, now is the time to step up to the mike, so feel free to join the group in rehearsal from 5-6 p.m. For more information about the group, visit their website at www.rgaudioproductions.com
