PARTICIPATE IN WORLDWIDE ART AND WRITING PROJECT, MAY 15

On Saturday, May 15, Kenosha Community Media, Inc. of Kenosha, WI encourages everyone to
participate in Sketchcrawl Kenosha, an opportunity to journal and draw into sketchbooks, as a part of the 27th Worldwide Sketchcrawl. From Bejing to Berlin and onward to Kenosha, Sketchcrawl participants will be traveling about these and many other cities for fun, art, writing, and fellowship. There is no fee required.

This event welcomes everyone, regardless of age or artistic abilities, to gather at 10:00 a.m. on May 15 at Carolyn’s Coffee Connection, 1351 52nd Street, Kenosha, before heading out to scenic destinations. Locations will be announced through the media after April 26. Some carpooling opportunities may be available. Parents, guardians, or other responsible adults are asked to accompany younger participants.

Participants may join in for any length of time desired. Sketchcrawl Kenosha will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants should either bring a bag lunch or some money to purchase one, if desired. Photographers and videographers are also invited to join in on this day.

For more information, attend a Sketchcrawl Kenosha get-together on Monday, April 26 from 6:00-6:30 PM in the activity room at Carolyn’s Coffee Connection, 1351 52nd Street, Kenosha, WI. Bring along sketchbooks for show-and-tell, along with ideas for locations to visit on the upcoming Sketchcrawl and any questions you may have on this event and for fellow participants.
