Wine Classes
Beginning Wednesday October 8th
Classes begin at 6pm

It’s back to school time for the kids and for adults with Sommelier’s Fall Wine Classes. In the past, we’ve focused on one individual region for each class. This upcoming semester, we will take three of the top regions in four of the top wine producing countries in the world. This will allow us to concentrate on the very different styles of winemaking and terroir while studying and tasting wines that aren’t really that far apart geographically. As always, we will discuss each regions culinary style and how that works with their local wines. The classes are $20 per person. A four-class discount is available for those that enroll early. All four classes for only $65.

October 8: French Treo,,,Alsace, Bordeaux and Burgundy

October 15: Spanish Tres…Penedes, Navarra and Rioja

October 22: Italian Trio…Alto Adige, Piedmonte and Tuscany

October 29: U.S. Triple…Oregon, Washington and California
